This is the 208th weekly issue of this newsletter, and it is the very first poem:

Don’t forget that when we sell

We do not sell
Or pitch
Or ask for money

Don’t forget that when we sell
We do not bother
Or take time
Or ask for favors

Don’t forget that when we sell
We are not lucky
When the customers picks up the phone
Or takes the meeting

For when we sell
We are simply offering our great value
Our experience, our care, our relationship
To people and companies

For when we sell
It is the customer who is lucky
To be hearing from us
To be helped by us

For when we sell
We are simply helping more people more
We are improving lives and companies, and the world
And aren’t our customers so lucky to have our help!

And aren’t our customers lucky to have us!
