If you’re selling a product or service to customers, you’re in the marketing business. That’s because you need to execute on three elements to be successful: 
  1. Your must have a life-improving product or service. 
  2. You need powerful, simple language. 
  3. You need to communicate with our market constantly. Relentlessly, actually. 
Note that two of the three elements have to do with marketing. This is no accident: two-thirds of your focus and attention should be on your marketing. Most of you have a good product or service — but you’ll probably agree with me that your marketing effort could be improved.
These pieces are called “Minutes” because they will always be short enough to read in about 60 seconds.
