Here’s a thought for the long Memorial Day weekend:

If it doesn’t work, ask why.

If it worked once, but then stopped, go back through every success and every failure, and try to understand what the differences were between the two.

If you fail, regroup. Reenergize. Reload.

If you run into a brick wall, don’t keep running into it. Find a way over it. Or, engineer a way through it. Build an archway.

If people tell you no, try to understand why. Is it them? Or is it you? Then change something, and try again.

If the sale falls through..

If the idea is rejected…

If your goal is unmet…

If others don’t see what you see…

Even if it goes on for weeks or months or even years…

Learn why it’s happening.

Apply effort to change the problem.

Adjust things. Tinker.

And keep fighting.

Try again, as many times as it takes.

Persevere.

And no matter what, for God’s sake, do not give up.

Persevere.
