If your product is really great — truly outstanding; iPhone/iPad/Kindle/Netflix great — and if your marketing is excellent — Apple excellent — you will create this feeling in people.

And then you will have a customer for life. You will become like their favorite author, where they must have every one of your products just because you make them.

And in our business, there is no holier ground than this.
