- Is your language compelling to customers or your engineers?
- Is your messaging simple, emotional, and focused on life (or work) improvement?
- Are you relentlessly communicating with customers — yours and the competitions’ — directly?
- Are you building valuable relationships with key media members, or pitching them en masse?
- Is your product name memorable and sticky, or is long and complex?
