If you’re putting off working on a new project or initiative, try it for just 30 minutes per day.
You’ve already spent far longer avoiding these activities:
- Writing
- Strategizing
- Messaging Development
- Sales Calls
- Pitch Calls
- Exercise
- A new hobby
So try one activity you’ve been putting off for a half hour and that activity forward.
The key is to execute on your 30 minutes repeatedly. Daily if possible. Three times weekly is fine too. You want to turn your 30 minutes into a new behavior, a habit hopefully.
Because 30 minute per day — rinsed and repeated — can add up to a lot of output. And results.
