My goal with this tool: To give you a simple system with some accountability and support for taking the one action that grows your sales the fastest and easiest: proactive phone calls. The more proactive calls you make, the more you sell. Period.

There are just three items to enter:

First, how many proactive calls did you make this week? I recommend three or so per day, done first thing in the morning.

Second, on how many of these calls did you leave a voicemail? (I strongly recommend you send a text message to every voicemail recipient as well. This method follows the process in my latest book, Pick Up The Phone & Sell.)

Finally, how many of these folks got back to you this week, by phone or by text? (You should expect about two-thirds to return your communication.)

Give it a shot. It will be extremely helpful for you to “know your numbers.” And I think having a quick report that should take 30 seconds to fill out at the end of the week will help you remember to do this really important work.
