Here are eight thoughts to repeat to yourself in order to improve your marketing:

1. My products and services truly help people.

2. I am not bothering people when I communicate my value to them. Rather, I am exposing them to my tremendous value.

3. I am here to help people, and my stuff truly helps those who come across it. Thusly (you don’t have to use thusly, but I like it here! :), I must tell as many people as possible about how I can help them.

4. I owe it to my family, colleagues, customers and prospects to market boldly so that my organization is growing and healthy. All of those people deserve this.

5. I will focus my marketing on emotion and value, rather than products and services.

6. I am thankful for my ability to help customers, and my ability to let prospects know about my work. I will take advantage of these gifts.

7. I will grow my lists, because if my lists aren’t growing, my company isn’t growing either.

8. Marketing is my low-hanging fruit for growth. My products and services are more than good enough to make more money than they are generating today.
