One of the simplest keys to revenue growth is consistency.

You’re likely already consistent in servicing your customers. Your customers are generally very happy. Many of them will say that you do what you say you’re going to do. You deliver on time. If there are problems, you service the account quickly. You’re reliable. You’re consistent.

Similarly, to grow business, we must communicate consistently. Sell consistently. Market consistently.

Be in front of your customers consistently.

Let them hear from you more than they hear from the competition.

You may not read every newsletter I send, but you see my name. Every week. Consistently.

Follow up on your quotes and proposals consistently.

 Ask for the business consistently.

Tell people what else they can buy from you regularly.

If you want to grow revenue, communicate with your customers and prospects consistently.
