Don’t just tell your market you do. Rather, tell buyers how you help them: how is their life and/or work improved after they benefit from your product or service? Focus on increasing revenue; decreasing cost; increasing profit; increasing productivity; saving time; increasing enjoyment and happiness; and addressing your customers’ egos. If you asked the right questions, your customers would use the words above to describe your work. So why don’t you?
