My new 2023 Selling Boldly Revenue Growth Program starts in exactly three weeks — March 6 — and it’s almost full.

Here are the key details:

  • It’s a 90-day program, split into two 45-day halves.
  • During the first 45 days, we (together) create your unique, custom revenue growth playbook. It will contain the proactive actions that we think will grow your sales the easiest, fastest, and most.
  • During this time, we will also create custom action tracking forms for your team to record their revenue-growing activity and opportunities. We’ll also build your action scorecards and internal recognition program. Details on all of this are on my website here.
  • In the sixth week, we will teach your team how to grow your sales with a workshop, conducted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of that week, for 90 minutes per day.
  • The entire second half of our 90 days together is for helping your team do the work that will grow your sales. Since growth comes from doing, not training, we will stay with your team for six weeks while they implement our simple proactive communications in just five minutes a minutes day.
  • We will have follow-up web meetings at two weeks after the workshop, and again in six weeks.

At the end of our 90 days together, you will see:

  • An obvious increase in new opportunities opened by your team.
  • Sales progressed towards a quote, proposal or close.
  • And, yes, new sales closed.
