They come to you because you do what you say you will do.

So go to them, and ask what other products and services they need from you because the competition does not do what they say will do.

They come to you because you are available to them, on your cell phone, even at night, even on weekends.

So go to them, and ask for more business, because the competition does not do this. One of my client’s customers told me recently that his closest supply house is less than a mile away, but he needs to go through a call center in another state to place an order. Rescue them from this awfulness.

They come to you because you know them. You know about their family. They know about yours.

So go to them, and ask them what they have coming up that you can help with. Because they are not friends with the competition like they are with you.

They come to you because you care, and you try, and you’ve made this clear to them for years. So go to them and follow up on your quotes, because the competition does not. The competition is silent, and you are present.

Give these things to your customers just a little bit more, because these things are why they buy from you.

These things are what separate you from the competition.

These things are called being present, being interested in helping and being a friend.

That’s why they come to you in the first place.

And if you do these things — which you are great at — a little bit more, they may buy much more from you.

If you would like to add 15-30% revenue growth annually, as my clients do, by being systematically present and caring, please call me at 847-459-6322 to discuss.
