helppeoplePeople often ask me which of my 22 simple, fast and free revenue activities they should implement. Here’s my answer:

It doesn’t matter which ones you do. I don’t care if you ask the did you know question, ask for referrals, communicate testimonials, or follow up on quotes or proposals. I don’t care if you do a different growth activity every day, or simply repeat the same one each day. It doesn’t matter how people are hearing from you, as long as more people hear from you today than yesterday.

In revenue growth, quantity trumps quality. In products, or services, we must be exact, precise and many times, perfect. But in our communications, we must simply be helpful. In growing our sales, we must communicate our value. The more that we communicate, the more people buy from us. The less that people hear from us, the less they buy. (It never works in the opposite directions.)

So, simply, make sure your customers and prospects hear about you and your products and services a lot. It’s impossible to over-communicate how you help people. You can’t tell people too much.
