There are many ways to market, but no matter how you approach it, you need three basic variables: a large list of people who can buy from you; high-value content; and a high level of activity. Here is how these variables interact:

Three Growth Variables

If you have a large list and you market to them aggressively with unhelpful material, you will annoy people and they will quickly unsubscribe.

If you communicate aggressively with high value content to a small list, you’ll be a best-kept secret. Not enough people know about you. MOST of you are dealing with this right now.

Finally, if you send high-value content to a large list infrequently, amnesia sets in and your market simply won’t remember you.

If revenue growth is the goal, you need to reach a lot of people with great value as frequently as you can.
