Resolutions for dramatic revenue growth in 2015 — for you, your colleagues and your staff:
1. Each day I will communicate my value to at least one customer or prospect who can buy from me — in person, on the phone, or least preferably, via a personal email.
2. I will grow my company’s list of customers and prospects, because if my list isn’t growing, my revenue likely isn’t either.
3. I resolve to regularly mail or e-mail value to my growing list. My communications will focus on improving the lives and companies of my readers, not selling, pitching or promoting.
4. I will let myself hear the positive thoughts and feelings of my customers, and I resolve to think about my company as positively as my customers do.
5. I resolve to communicate the positive words of my customers to other customers and prospects. I understand that if I say it, I’m selling. But if my customers say it, it’s the unquestionable truth.
6. I will understand that how I think is exactly how I sell and market. Because it’s impossible to out-market or out-sell my mindset, I will focus on how I improve my customers rather than what I am selling them.
7. I will approach revenue growth as the proactive pursuit that it is, and I will make time for it daily, even if only a few minutes (which is enough for serious growth!).
8. I will be bold, because marketing is no place for modesty.
9. I understand that in my marketing and in my selling, I am helping my customers and prospects, just as I help them with my products and services.
10. I will identify the marketing which I enjoy, and which generates results, and I will execute this marketing because I know that if I don’t like it, I won’t do it!
Have a wonderful, happy, safe, prosperous and rewarding New Year!
