I am pleased to let you know that the dates for the 2023 Selling Boldly Revenue Growth Program have been set. Here are some highlights:
- We begin the week of March 6 with one-on-one calls between owners and myself.
- On March 23 I’ll meet with your I.T. or tech person to discuss the creation of your revenue growth tracking system, including action logging forms, scorecards, and success recognition.
- The week of March 27 is reserved for my customer interviewer to obtain dozens of testimonials from two of your happy customers. This provides the fuel — the confidence, enthusiasm, and boldness — for the mindset change we need to help your people implement this work.
- We will launch this work at your organization on the week of April 10, with 90-minute Zoom workshops on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
- We will do the first all-staff follow-up two weeks later, on April 27, and the second on May 24.
Everything will be recorded, so if you or one of your team members misses something, there will be replays for everything.
This is a 90-day program, with the first 45 days focused on developing your company’s growth playbook, and the second half designed to help your people do the fast and simple work that grows sales. We are literally building a revenue growth habit at your firm.
This program is designed for smaller companies, with $15M or less in annual sales.
