You don’t hesitate to pick up the phone. You ask for testimonials and referrals alike. You know you are not bothering your customers, but helping them in incredible ways. You ask your customers to buy additional, complimentary products and services. You communicate your value relentlessly to people who can buy it. You know it’s impossible to over-communicate because you’re sending helpful information. In turn, your business grows. Because how can it not?
