With every project, I interview the customers of my clients. I ask them, in rich detail, about what they like best about working with my clients. 

 Here are some answers I’ve received, just in the last week. These are four different customers, of four different companies: 

“Working with therm saves me a lot of time. It’s faster by at least a factor of four!”

 “On a $17M project, they saved us around 5%, which is $850,000. “

 “Our electricity bills have come down by 75% as a result of their work.” 

 “Working with them saves me as much as half of my time.”

 Every single time, the company’s owners are blown away by this feedback. Because these testimonials are so recent, they have not gotten to staff yet, but they will, during the full-day workshop that I do to teach and install the Revenue Growth Habit. We will marinate staff in this kind of positivity. Because today, they do not know how good they are. Why? Because customers only call when they have a problem, or need something. They don’t call when they’re happy, because they’re busy. Thing is, 90% of your customers are happy, you just don’t hear from them. 

 You know what else? They know exactly why they’re happy, because they think about it a lot. And they’re pleased to tell us why they’re happy. If only we asked. But we don’t. So they don’t. 

 So, what do you think happens to staff when they hear this kind of incredible, quantified feedback? 

 They become more bold.

 They become more confident.

 They become more positive.

 They become happier.

 And when customer-facing people are more bold, confident, positive and happy, what do they do differently?

 You got it. They take more action. They pick up the phone more. They ask for the business. They offer additional value to long-time customers. (Of course, it’s not an accident that this is precisely what The Revenue Growth Habit teaches them to do.)

 In turn, they help customers more. 

 They make more money.
