Fear kills business growth, and it’s a vicious enemy to marketing. Fear makes you question yourself, your decisions, and it paralyzes action and momentum. When you’re severely afraid of failure, you are equally afraid of taking action. When you are feeling a strong fear, ask yourself:

What’s the worst that can happen if I do this? (It usually isn’t death.)

  • Does the potential value and benefit outweigh the realstic risk?
  • What would happen if I don’t do this? What am I sacrificing?
  • Even a small amount of success helps us to overcome fear. Momentum circumvents fear. What’s needed for success and momentum? Action. Execution. Progress towards our goals.
