As the year winds down, and we are in the after-glow of time with family and heading into a slower (for most), more relaxed week — the final week of the year — it is a perfect time to consider what we’ve learned and what we’re going to do about it.

 1. Think back through 2016. What were the top events of your year, the occurrences that will define your year? Big wins? Losses? Times you persevered when you could have quit? Write your list.

 2. What is there to learn from these events? What do you take away from each of them? Write this down.

 3. How will you apply these lessons in 2017? What will you do differently? What will your pursue as a result of these lessons?

4. What are your top priorities for next year? Give me a few big ones and a few smaller ones. What will make you happy in 2017? Got it written down? Now, let’s go fight for it.

Thank you for reading, following and supporting my work this year. I wish you and your family a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year. I’ll talk to you in 2017!
