I’m writing a new book about the connection between mindset and marketing, and its major point is this: the quality of your mindset shapes the quality of everything you do. 

That is, what you say, how you say it, how you present yourself, how you execute, your productivity, your effort, and the quality of your work is determined by the clarity, confidence and  shamelessness of your mindset.

Professionally, there are two mindsets: yours, and the corporation’s. The list above applies to both.

With approximately 80 percent of my clients, the corporate mindset is depressed. There’s too much questioning, meeting, discussing, wondering (and wandering), and playing out of worst-case-scenarios. With these clients, and probably with your company, your customers think more positively about you than you think of yourself.

And so, the very best way to improve your mindset, your marketing, and, alas, everything you do individually and as a company, is to qualitatively gather insights from your customers and relentlessly implement them into your work. Customers are your mirror. They are the truth.

Talk to them, and you will have no choice but to improve your mindset, your marketing, your company and your sales
