The media and political environment will continue to be negative. The media is encouraged to make you feel terrible. The politicians do so and make themselves the answer to all your problems. In this environment, your customers will be more attracted to positivity than ever. Give people hope. Focus on how you can help them, not what you sell and do. People flock to sellers who make them feel possibility. Customers pay handsomely for encouragement and hope.

More so, be an island of in this storm of negativity and problems for your customers and prospects. Be the safe choice. Be the reliable choice. Do what you say — which, I’m told daily by the customers of my clients, is quite rare. The customers will follow.
